Find the waste hiding in your software stack.

See what costs money, what is barely used, where tools overlap, which renewals need attention and where people are still moving data between systems by hand.

Your software stack

See the whole stack in one place.

Import a spreadsheet or add the tools manually. Your detailed software register stays in this browser. If you request the optional written review, it uses a redacted summary rather than your original rows.

Import a stack.

Use an existing SaaS register, procurement sheet or a simple spreadsheet. The first sheet is read locally in your browser.

Or build it here.

Add each paid tool, its purpose and the evidence you know. Unknown is better than guessing.

Important: similar declared purposes are flagged as overlap to review, not proof that one product is redundant. Seat-spend estimates are only calculated when you explicitly mark pricing as per-seat.

Manual handoffs
Optional, but this is where the integration audit gets useful.
Example: CRM → spreadsheet, every day, 10 minutes, “copy new qualified leads”.

Add what you know. Missing data is shown as missing rather than treated as healthy. Possible integration routes are checked against ZappFlow’s retained 1,581-app source-linked catalogue.

Software stack audit

Your stack, made visible.

What the audit looks for

Not just the subscription bill.

01 · Control

Who owns it and when does it renew?

Missing owners and hidden renewal dates make software sprawl easy to ignore. The audit surfaces both so you know what needs reviewing before the next contract rolls over.

02 · Utilisation

Are you paying for capacity nobody uses?

Rarely used products and unused paid seats are surfaced separately. Seat-spend estimates only appear when the pricing basis is explicitly marked per-seat.

03 · Workflow

Where are people acting as the integration?

Manual handoffs are converted into annual effort. If both apps are listed on the same automation platform, the report shows where to investigate an integration next while keeping the exact trigger and action checks separate.

When the stack is not the real problem

Sometimes the answer is to connect it, not replace it.

If the audit exposes manual bridges, duplicated data entry or a workflow being held together by spreadsheets, that is often a process/integration problem rather than a reason to rip out every tool.

FAQ

A few important boundaries.

Does this tell me which software to cancel?

No. It identifies evidence worth reviewing. Similar purposes do not automatically mean two tools are redundant, and rare use can still be justified for specialist software.

Does a shared integration platform prove the workflow will work?

No. Shared Zapier, Make or n8n entries only show that both apps appear on that platform in the retained source-linked catalogue. The exact trigger, action, fields, permissions and direction still need to be checked.

Do you upload my software register?

The detailed audit runs in your browser. The optional written review receives aggregate/redacted findings rather than the imported rows or exact software names.
