Your target, measured.
Choose the response target your business actually uses. The tool measures compliance from every timestamp it can prove, with unanswered enquiries treated visibly rather than dropped from the denominator.
Stop estimating speed-to-lead from memory. Upload real enquiry and first-response timestamps and see the response curve, SLA misses, unanswered leads and the exact records that waited longest.
Use a CSV or Excel export from your CRM, form inbox or enquiry log. Map the created and first-response columns, choose the SLA you actually care about, then run the audit locally.
At minimum: enquiry created + first response. Optional lead name/ID, owner and source fields unlock the local rescue and segment views.
Timestamps without an explicit timezone are interpreted in your browser timezone (local time). Business-hours segmentation uses Monday–Friday and the hours above; overnight windows are supported. Confirm the created field is the actual enquiry arrival, not an older contact-record creation date. “First response” means whatever timestamp your export defines, so automated acknowledgements or non-human activity can make the metric look faster than genuine human follow-up.
Cumulative share of all enquiries with a recorded first response by each threshold. Unanswered enquiries remain outside every bucket.
This list is generated locally from your rows and is never sent to the review model.

Median can look healthy while a meaningful minority waits hours. P90 and the cumulative response curve show what happens to the slow end of the queue.
When owner, source and time-of-day fields exist, the report shows where delays cluster. It still refuses to infer why they happened without evidence.
Routing, alerts, acknowledgements, CRM updates and escalation rules are exactly the sort of workflow ZappFlow builds, but the free audit is useful whether you work with us or not.
