Free tool · CRM Pipeline Health Checker

Find the deals
your CRM is letting go cold.

Upload a deals or opportunities export. Find stale pipeline, missing next actions, overdue close dates, ownership gaps and records that no longer match the live sales process.

Coverage-awareMissing fields stay unknown instead of becoming fake failures
Local deal queueExact deal names and owners stay in your browser
Stale-deal rulesChoose 14, 30, 60 or 90 days for your sales cycle
Run the audit

Upload the pipeline.
See what needs attention.

Use a deals or opportunities export from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or another CRM. We map the important fields first so the report does not silently guess what each column means.

CRM

Drop in a deals export.

CSV or Excel. The file is read in this browser and the customer rows stay here.

0 fields mapped

Only mapped fields are scored. Missing fields reduce audit coverage instead of unfairly reducing your health score.

Your customer rows stay on your device.

The browser calculates the counts, percentages and stage patterns. The final summary receives only aggregate and redacted findings.

Overall view

Reading the pipeline.

The factual checks run in your browser first. The final view only interprets evidence found in the export.

Preparing the summary…
Rescue first · local only

The three records that deserve attention now.

Exact deal names stay in your browser. This surfaces the top of the same local attention queue before the deeper audit.

Where the problems are sitting.

Stage labels and record-level detail stay local in your browser.

Work these deals first.

Record names and owners are rendered only in your browser and are never included in the review request.

What gets checked

A pipeline audit
you can act on.

Native CRMs already contain powerful reports. This tool is for the moment you want a fast, independent second look from an export, without connecting another app to your sales system.

01 / Follow-up

Deals with nothing next.

Open deals with no scheduled next action, overdue activity or long gaps since the last activity or update.

02 / Pipeline truth

Dates that stopped being real.

Open deals sitting past their expected close date, blank stages and ageing pipeline that may no longer represent a live opportunity.

03 / Forecast

Can you trust the number?

Missing values, missing close dates and other gaps that weaken a forecast before anyone debates conversion rates.

04 / Ownership

Every deal needs a human.

Unassigned pipeline and owner-level concentrations of stale or unworked opportunities, without pretending workload alone proves performance.

05 / Data hygiene

Records that need cleaning.

Possible duplicate deal rows and missing contactability fields where the export contains enough evidence to make that check safely.

06 / Coverage

Missing data stays unknown.

If your export does not include next activity, owner or value fields, those checks are marked unavailable rather than quietly scored as failures.

When the CRM is not the problem

Sometimes the leak is the work around the CRM.

If staff are copying lead data, forgetting follow-ups, updating several systems or manually creating tasks after every stage change, the fix may be the workflow around the CRM rather than a new CRM.

Useful detail

A few things worth knowing.

The checker is conservative by design. It reports hygiene signals that the export can evidence and avoids pretending every old deal is bad or every missing field should exist in your sales process.

Does ZappFlow upload or store my CRM export?
The source spreadsheet is parsed in your browser. Customer rows are not sent for the final review. Only aggregate counts, percentages, field availability and redacted findings are sent for the final summary.
Which CRM exports work?
The mapper recognises common HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce deal or opportunity headers and also works with generic CSV or Excel exports. You can correct every important field before the audit runs.
What does “stale” mean here?
You choose the inactivity threshold: 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. A deal is only counted as stale when the export contains a usable last-activity or last-update field. Some CRMs have richer native stage-specific ageing logic; this checker does not pretend an export can recreate data it does not contain.
Can this tell me why deals were won or lost?
No. It can expose measurable follow-up and data-hygiene risks. It will not invent causal explanations from a spreadsheet export.
Why not just use the CRM's own reports?
You should use them. This is an independent, export-based health check for a quick second opinion, cross-CRM consistency or situations where you do not want to connect another app to the live CRM.
