MOVE THE DATA.
NOT THE MESS.

Map a real CRM export to the new CRM before anything moves. Catch required fields, type conflicts and uncertain matches, then generate a 25-row pilot import.

MAP THE FIELDS.
TEST THE IMPORT.

Upload the source export and a target template. The raw records stay in this browser while the tool builds the field map, migration risks and a testable pilot import.

01 · Source

Current CRM export

CSV, XLSX or XLS. Use one object at a time: contacts, companies or deals.

No source loadedChoose a real export or load the example.
02 · Target

Target CRM template

Upload the destination import template or a spreadsheet with the intended target headers.

No target loadedHeaders are enough to map. Example values improve the type checks. Use one worksheet per file.

Why this matters

Field names can look similar while meaning different things. Low-confidence matches stay visible so they can be confirmed before a pilot import is created.

THE IMPORT IS
THE LAST STEP.

A safer migration starts by understanding the source, defining the target contract, testing the map and reconciling a pilot before production data moves.

01 · Map

Make the contract explicit.

Every source field either maps to a target field, gets transformed, or stays deliberately unmapped. Ambiguity is visible rather than buried.

02 · Pilot

Test a small import first.

Generate a local pilot file in the target structure so you can check field behaviour, picklists and validation rules before touching the full dataset.

03 · Reconcile

Know what must pass.

Identity, required fields, type conflicts, record counts and unresolved mapping decisions become explicit go/no-go gates for the migration.

FAQ

BEFORE YOU
IMPORT.

This tool prepares the field map and pilot. Your CRM’s own import or implementation workflow still controls the production move.

Does this upload my customer data?
No. Source and target files are parsed in the browser. The optional migration review receives aggregate evidence such as mapping coverage and conflict counts, not customer rows or cell values.
Does it migrate directly into HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive?
No. It prepares a target-shaped pilot file and migration contract. You use the target CRM's own test/import process or your implementation partner to run the actual migration.
How are field mappings suggested?
The browser uses header similarity, common CRM aliases and inferred data types. Ambiguous matches are left low-confidence or unmapped so a human can confirm them.
Why use a pilot file?
A small pilot lets you verify required fields, picklists, associations, transformations and reporting behaviour before a full production cutover. The generated sample is spread across the source dataset rather than simply taking the first 25 rows.
