A DAY AT FORM.

Both studios run from early morning to late evening. Here's what a typical day at FORM looks like — and why every hour is designed around you.

05:30 — 07:00

Early Rising

The studio opens at 5:30am for members with early starts. These sessions are quieter, focused, and often the most productive of the day. Your coach is there and ready — no compromises on quality at any hour.

07:00 — 09:30

Morning Block

Our busiest window. Members working in finance, law and tech predominantly book this slot. All equipment is freshly prepped. Cold brew available. No waiting, ever — your session starts on time.

10:00 — 13:00

Mid-Morning

A calmer, less pressured time in the studio. Coaches use this window for longer, technique-focused sessions and new member assessments. Ideal if your schedule allows flexibility.

13:00 — 14:30

Lunch Sessions

60 minutes in and out. We've designed a specific lunch protocol — efficient warm-up, peak output training, rapid recovery. You'll be back at your desk within 75 minutes of leaving it.

Evening Block

Post-work sessions run until 8:30pm. The studio is fully staffed and the equipment is ready. Recovery suite is open until close for members finishing late.
