About ZappFlow

We Automate the Work.
You Focus on Growing.

ZappFlow is an AI automation agency helping service businesses work smarter, move faster, and grow without adding headcount.

Built from the Ground Up

ZappFlow started by solving a real problem. Working directly with businesses on automation and data projects, it became obvious that most service businesses were drowning in repetitive work that technology could handle in seconds.

The tools existed. The knowledge existed. What was missing was someone who could take all of it and build something that actually worked for the business owner who just wants results, not a technical education.

So that's what ZappFlow became. A no-nonsense automation agency that builds custom AI systems, gets them live fast, and makes sure they keep delivering.

Nathan Mackenzie

Co-Founder, ZappFlow

Nathan started out building data scraping and automation systems for clients on Fiverr, working with businesses across the UK, US, Europe and beyond. With a track record of five-star reviews across multiple industries, a pattern kept emerging: service business owners spending hours every week on work that a well-built system could handle in minutes.

ZappFlow was built around that problem. Nathan leads the technical build on every project, taking the time to understand how each business actually operates before building anything, so the result is automation that fits the business rather than the other way around.

Based in Edinburgh, he is hands-on at every stage from scoping the right solution through to making sure it keeps delivering.

Taylor Flanagan

Co-Founder, ZappFlow

Taylor brings 16 years of programme and transformation leadership across Financial Services and Government, including a decade in the UK public sector and a current role leading strategy at PwC Middle East. He has delivered Finance and Operations transformations across process, technology and AI, working directly with C-suite leaders to design target operating models, ERP implementations, and enterprise governance frameworks.

At ZappFlow, Taylor leads the strategic side of the business. He makes sure the right problems get solved, that AI is applied where it actually moves the needle, and that every client has a clear path from audit to outcome. Known for turning ambiguity into structure and delivering at pace, he brings the enterprise-grade thinking that makes the difference on complex projects.

Based in Dubai, Taylor works with clients across the Middle East, UK and internationally.

How We Work

Four principles that shape every project we take on.

Built Around Your Business

Every business operates differently. We take the time to understand how yours actually works before building anything. The result is a system that fits your process, not the other way around.

Fast and Properly Done

Most projects are live within two weeks. We move quickly because we've done this before, and everything is tested thoroughly before it goes anywhere near your business.

Results Are What Count

We measure success by what actually changes in your business. If an automation isn't saving you time or bringing in more revenue, it isn't doing its job.

Straight Talking Throughout

We tell you what's realistic in the audit and what to expect at every stage. A full proposal with costings comes after the audit, once we understand exactly what needs to be built.

Sound Familiar?

ZappFlow works with any service business where time is being lost to work that a system could handle. If any of these hit close to home, we should talk.

Drowning in Admin

Hours each week disappear into tasks that should take minutes. The work is necessary but it shouldn't need a person to do it.

Missing Leads to Slow Response

Enquiries come in and by the time someone follows up the prospect has already moved on. Speed is the difference between winning and losing.

This sounds like us →

Doing Things Manually That Should Be Automated

The same tasks, done the same way, every single day. Everyone knows it could be automated but nobody has got around to it.

This sounds like us →

Growing But the Ops Are Not Keeping Up

More clients, more work, more pressure. The business is doing well but the systems holding it together are starting to crack.

This sounds like us →

Only Available 9 to 5

Enquiries and calls come in outside of hours and there's nobody there to respond. Every missed message is a missed opportunity.

This sounds like us →

Running Tools That Don't Talk to Each Other

CRM here, inbox there, spreadsheet somewhere else. Information gets lost between systems and someone has to manually move it.

This sounds like us →

Losing Clients to Faster Competitors

The quality of your work is there but competitors are responding faster, following up more consistently, and getting the business you should be getting.

This sounds like us →

Can't Justify More Headcount

The workload is there for another hire but the numbers don't stack up. There has to be a smarter way to handle more without taking more people on.

This sounds like us →

Too Much Depends on One Person

When that person is unavailable, things slow down or stop. The business is too dependent on individuals for work that a system could keep running regardless.
